Client Administration / Research:

Behind the scenes, you as a client are fully supported in your job search. We work diligently to ensure that you are provided the information and services you require. The research consultants work with you to train you on the use of our database and guide you in pulling meaningful target companies to give to our job placement advisors. Our administrative staff makes sure that all support systems are focused on assisting you. Help from this staff is only an e-mail or call away. Our excellent technical staff makes sure our system is continuous and without downtime so that you have access to your resources 24/7.

Michelle Settle

Michelle SettleMichelle Settle has over fifteen years of experience in corporate expansion, management development and training, and executive administration. She has initiated the creation and development of various innovative training solutions for multiple nationwide corporations. Michelle’s high success record of problem solving, conflict resolution and team building in a variety of fields adds a new dimension to the corporate structure at Stewart, Cooper & Coon.

Ms. Settle is an integral part of Stewart, Cooper & Coon. She has been with the firm since its inception, directing all corporate administration and executive client support services, as well as logistics for the company nationwide. Her success in organizational development, leadership development, corporate planning and client relations management have proven to be a great asset to clients at Stewart, Cooper & Coon.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing in Master’s in Education.

Kristi Barney, Senior Vice President

Kristi BarneyKristine Barney has over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Human Resources Management. She began her career after she graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in Social Science. Prior to joining the Stewart, Cooper and Coon team, Kristine worked for First American Title, one of the largest and oldest land title companies in California for several years. She held a senior position in the Human Resources department and was responsible for not only staff liaisons but Client Services as well. Kristine is currently enrolled in a Master's Education program.

Cindy Doss, Senior Client Relations Consultant

Kristi BarneyCindy Doss has over twelve years experience building long-lasting customer relationships and works well with all levels of management and leadership both inside our company and with vendors. She is an articulate communicator, highly-skilled, totally self-motivated and instills that aspect of her strong work ethic in others.  She always strives to achieve maximum performance in everything she does.  

Cindy is the type of person that inspires others. Her demonstrable success as a team player and dynamic achievements in time management and managing diverse and comprehensive tasks and projects have proven to be a great asset to both clients and team members at Stewart, Cooper & Coon. Cindy holds a degree in Rehabilitation and is pursuing a degree in Business Management.

Brooke Mogensen

Brooke Mogensen completed her education in Tucson, Arizona. She has an extensive background in property management with specific experience in overseeing multi-million dollar properties for SPM, TMA, and L'Auberge. She also has a recruiting and placement background, having been a recruiter for DORADO Personnel.

Linda DeHarak

Linda comes from a diverse management background and has spent the last five years putting those skills to work in the recruiting and job search industry as a Placement Specialist and Recruitment Administrator.

Linda's people skills and organizational prowess have allowed her to excel in her work in business administration, consultant affairs, and immigration administration.

Her prior accomplishments and expertise are in the areas of: sales; retail and service industry management; recreation and athletics; technology; and operations management. She served as Operations Manager for an IC programming house, Ranch Manager/Foreman, Maintenance Manager, and Store/Department Manager.

Sally Isaly Logsdon, Client Research Consultant

Sally has 14 years experience in both the nonprofit, private and public sectors. Sally has worked for the Arizona Coalition for Victim Services as a grant writer and project assistant for the Arizona Victim Assistance Academy. For nine years, Sally worked for Policy Development Group, Inc., a public affairs/consulting company in Phoenix, Arizona, and helped facilitate technology workshops and symposiums for the Counterdrug Technology Assessment Center, the research and development arm of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Sally's public sector responsibilities included working as a legislative research assistant for U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini on Capitol Hill where she edited speeches and Congressional Record statements and tracked legislation. Sally holds a B.A. in communications from Denison University and a Master's degree in public administration from Arizona State University.

Amanda Collins

Amanda Collins has spent the last six years assisting students and professionals begin and continue their educational and career journeys, through positions in higher education administration and commercial staffing. She garners real joy from helping others find their passions. While working in this arena, Amanda has become known as something of a grammar and proofreading expert among her colleagues and recently started her own business offering her services to individuals and companies ( www.thegrammardoctor.com. ).

Amanda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Youth Services from Medaille College (Buffalo, NY) and has completed graduate course work in Career Development at Prescott College.

Phyllis Pence

Phyllis has more than 25 years of experience as a teacher, career coach, and trainer in the workforce. Her emphasis has been coaching and assisting diverse levels of customers, both executive and the beginning job searcher. Her work history includes both private and public sector job coaching, along with civil service and contractor expertise. While living in Florida, she has worked extensively through the workforce and completed many hours of professional training. A resource specialist in the areas of writing, proofing, and career progression, she has impacted clients from all areas of work. 

 Phyllis is a graduate of University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in English. She is a Florida certified English teacher and a Florida workforce professional with certifications in Career Development and Coaching. Phyllis is also a government editor as she has served on 45th Space Wing’s newspaper, the Missileer, a Department of Defense magazine, Reflections, and local and district curricula.

Katie Newton

Katie Newton is a Certified Advanced Resume Writer and Employment Interview Consultant through Career Directors International. Since 2006, she has created and/or strengthened succinct and targeted resumes and letters for students, professionals, and managers as the Career Specialist at Choice Business Services (www.choicebiz.com).

Previously, Katie worked at the public relations firm Lambert, Edwards & Associates as well as the human resources department at Grand Valley State University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
