Lisa brings 15 years of recruiting experience to the SC&C team. She began her recruiting career 1995 with the national recruiting firm Robert Half. While there, Lisa handled every phase and aspect of all aspects of recruiting and was responsible for conducting and planning individual sales activity and managing specialty teams. She continually exceeded monthly revenue goals, both personally and for the teams she managed, for the duration of her tenure with Robert Half.
For the past seven years she has owned her own executive recruiting firm in Birmingham, AL. Lisa’s virtual management role is in keeping with our corporate strategy to support virtual delivery of our recruiting services. Lisa and her family reside in Birmingham, AL.

Firsthand experience in metal fabrication and foundry, aviation tooling, fluid handling, heat exchange and industrial process controls. Significant lean manufacturing background with Kaizen & TPS experience, this includes the implementation of Toyota’s 4Ps. I have a deep understanding of the industrial process and the management of the shop floor to the front office.
My focus as a Recruiter is in the Manufacturing & Engineering sector.
