Charles "Chuck" McConnell has been a leading voice in career management for many years. He defined and developed First Career Corporation and FindCareer.com and serves as the "Career Expert" for New York American Marketing Association. He has published numerous articles on the subject of career management and search preparation and has organized national and international conferences that have assisted thousands in getting their career searches on track.
Prior to his work in career services, Chuck was the Senior Consulting Partner at The Watson Group, a strategic communications agency based in NYC. His background includes corporate management positions with multinational marketers in the packaged goods, snack, confection, toy and apparel industries.
Chuck was President of The Apparel Group Limited, building worldwide acceptance of men's apparel. He also has held global management positions at top advertising agencies such as WPP, Bozell and DMB&B and major marketers including Hanes, International Playtex and General Foods. Chuck earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in economics from DePauw University and Exeter University in England.

Hélène Seiler, Executive Vice President, Pre-Boarding, for Stewart, Cooper & Coon has twenty years of international consulting and human resource management experience. Since 1997, she has led Helsei Consulting Inc. a Greenwich-based, boutique, career management company focused on the search and coaching of international executives. Prior to that,
Hélène worked as a change-management and strategy consultant in Western Europe and in North America for A.T. Kearney. She assists European and North American corporations with executive talent management and leadership development, including assessment, career management, recruiting, on-boarding and outplacement. She also works privately with executives through their job search process. On that topic,
Hélène recently co-authored the book, For Executives Only: Applying Business Techniques to your Job Search.
Héléne holds a Master of Management Science from HEC School of Management and is an Adjunct Executive Coach for the Center of Creative Leadership.
A native of France, Héléne has lived in Greenwich, Connecticut since 1995 and is an active community leader in the field of art education. She is also known locally for working with executive women reentering the workforce.
Melissa Hart
Senior Consultant
Melissa Hart brings over 20 years of direct human resources and organization development experience with Fortune 500 companies. Her experience is broad and captures her involvement with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and start-up businesses. She has a passion for leadership development, and has considerable experience in designing talent management systems and succession planning processes, as well as coaching executives and assessing organizations for optimal effectiveness. She has helped clients in both the profit and not for profit sectors, as well as private and public organizations. Melissa also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Chandler-Gilbert Community College where she teaches Human Relations in Organizations within their business management program. She has extensive experience in helping both individuals and teams achieve greater operating effectiveness and gain valuable insights through coaching, development action planning, and customized training workshops.
Prior to starting her organizational development and human resources consulting firm, Melissa served as a global senior executive with major manufacturing and technology companies in Arizona, Alabama, Illinois, and West Virginia. Her diverse experience along with her broad industry knowledge and exposure makes her very effective in coaching clients through career transitions and furthering their own growth and personal development.
Melissa earned her Masters Degree in Human Resources Management & Labor Relations and her Bachelors Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. Melissa is also certified in Emotional Intelligence, Myers-Briggs, and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA), and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.
Melissa is results-oriented and most passionate about helping both individuals and organizations achieve their fullest potential. Compassionate in her approach, Melissa believes strongly in coaching individuals “back in control”…validating that “the best way to predict your future is to create it!”
