Customer Satisfaction Index (C.S.I) Score

Coming In January 2009

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In fact, it is so important that we will be publishing it here for everyone to view. The score is determined by our placed clients who fill out our questionnaire each one fills out for us.  The answers for each question have a score ranking from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest level of satisfaction. The following is an actual questionnaire filled and contains not only scored questions but also valuable information for the entire SC&C team. We will be compiling 2008 scores at the end of December and will provide ongoing, monthly updates.

Comments: Judy did an outstanding job painting it just as it is.  That being said, nothing can come close to the actual events experienced.  An awesome package and team.

Comments:  While not rated as high as other sections, the rating is still high.  I have very high expectations and many have a hard time meeting them.  I would have liked to have seen more of a spread of what is available in my area rather than me doing the research.

Comments:  Very impressed and satisfied.  Everyone that viewed the WebFolio and resume were impressed.  Great assets for me to continue with.

I have a hard time peeling one back from the other,  as a whole package I found it all beneficial, from the initial one-on-one with Bill to the on site visit there in Phoenix.
