Héléne SeilerHélène Seiler, Executive Vice President, Pre-Boarding, for Stewart, Cooper & Coon has twenty years of international consulting and human resource management experience. Since 1997, she has led Helsei Consulting Inc. a Greenwich-based, boutique, career management company focused on the search and coaching of international executives. Prior to that, Hélène worked as a change-management and strategy consultant in Western Europe and in North America for A.T. Kearney. She assists European and North American corporations with executive talent management and leadership development, including assessment, career management, recruiting, on-boarding and outplacement. She also works privately with executives through their job search process. On that topic, Hélène recently co-authored the book, For Executives Only: Applying Business Techniques to your Job Search.

Héléne holds a Master of Management Science from HEC School of Management and is an Adjunct Executive Coach for the Center of Creative Leadership.

A native of France, Hélène has lived in Greenwich, Connecticut since 1995 and is an active community leader in the field of art education. She is also known locally for working with executive women reentering the workforce.

Melissa Hart

Melissa L. Hart, has over twenty years of human resources and organizational development experience, predominately in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Since 2006, she has led The Hart Solution, LLC (THS), a Tempe, AZ-based managerial consultancy, focused on executive coaching, leader and team development and customized managerial effectiveness training solutions. 

Prior to that, Melissa spent 20 years in Fortune 100 companies, leading the global HR strategies and talent management initiatives for Dow Chemical, Honeywell International, and Cytec Industries. During her corporate tenure, she had extensive experience with executive search and building global senior leadership teams. 

Melissa can appreciate first-hand the business requirements for comprehensive assessments and effective on-boarding strategies.  As a change-management and strategy consultant she assists leaders at all levels with succession planning and leadership development, including assessments, career/transition management, and talent assimilation and retention strategies.

Melissa holds a Masters of Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a BS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She is a certified Job and Career Transition and Development Coach and is an Adjunct Faculty for the Business School at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and has presented and facilitated various training and coaching sessions for other HR/OD leaders in private and public organizations.

Originally from Illinois, Melissa has lived in Arizona since 1997 and remains active in her community volunteering at local schools, and serving on the Board of a non-profit learning and outreach center for children with special learning needs. She is passionate about helping individuals at all career-life stages effectively evaluate and act upon their strengths and development opportunities in order to achieve their fullest potential.

His expertise in asset management has been applied successfully to both retail and wholesale banking operations. With experience in selecting and training senior financial executives to develop superior bottom-line skills and deliver targeted business results, Paul offers a unique combination of managerial, interpersonal and individual assessment capabilities. During ten years as CEO of his Business Aspirations consulting practice, he has constructed successful senior businesses teams and supported a diversity of entrepreneurial operations.
