Entering your resume is free as we are a client-based firm; meaning our clients retain our services to recruit talent for their organizations.

After you fill out our candidate profile, you become active and our recruiters then put you "in play". Please note that all of your information will remain confidential. We will never release your resume to a prospective employer without obtaining your permission first. Once a position becomes available that 'looks like you", and your background is a good "fit", we will contact you to present the opportunity.

During the executive search process with SC&C, candidates can expect to be treated professionally:

- Our recruiters analyze your skills, knowledge, and talents to best place you in the executive position best suited for your individual needs and objectives.
- When a suitable position arises, we will contact you personally.
- If you are interested in pursuing the opportunity will provide information to the employer, and assist both parties in setting up an interview, either in person or by telephone.
- Prior to the interview, we will prepare you for the meeting by providing interview tips and other relevant information, as well as information on the client company.
- During the interview process, candidates will be given specific and beneficial feedback to assist you in making your decision.
- We will work with you during the negotiation process to help ensure a successful placement.
