Marla spent her career in the staffing and executive recruiting industries working for national and international companies. Her responsibilities included leadership in the delivery of strategic and operational human resources services. She has worked with major Fortune 1000 companies assisting them with their recruiting efforts. Marla has been on the March of Dimes Walk America Board for eight years and was Chairperson for three years. She is also involved in community organizations such the Chamber of Commerce – Economic Development committee, Women in Management. Additionally, Marla was nominated and completed the Georgia Economic Development Program.

Jeff Simmons has over 16 years of recruiting experience and has worked for such companies as E*Trade, SBC, Cingular Wireless, and Sony. He has held positions at the manager and director level for major companies. His recruiting strength lies in the following industries, telecommunications, electronics, medical device, IT, aerospace, banking and finance, sales, retail and start-ups. Jeff graduated from Morehead State University with a BA in Business Administration with emphasis in management. He later earned his SHRM – PHR – certification and has a strong human resources background.

Sandra has 10+ years of diverse experience providing staffing services to organizations of all sizes and across many industries. Interviewing senior executives and entrepreneurs of top media and technology companies gave her the unique opportunity to engage in high-level business discussions with leaders of industry. In addition to placing candidates at the management and executive level at The Wildlife Conservation Society, Sandra specializes in high-volume retail recruitment. She contributed to the successful completion of major expansion and seasonal projects for H&M (Global Retailer), Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall. She also helped launch the grand opening of American Girl Place (a Mattel Company) in New York where she successfully recruited and processed over 500 new hires.
As a bilingual professional, she has the flexibility in both language and culture to operate successfully in many different contexts. Dynamic and resourceful, Sandra is always on the cutting edge of recruiting trends with online social networking and internet research. She maximizes the limitless possibilities of the internet to fill the most difficult positions and expand her network of business contacts. La Tanya Fisher - California - 7 years of progressive leadership and recruiting experience in the telecommunication and biotechnology industries. Has recruited at all levels for Genentech Inc., Qualcomm, among others.
Jessica Jones - Jessica brings experience in all levels of sales recruiting across a wide variety of industries to Stewart Cooper & Coon. Having been in sales for almost two decades, Ms. Jones knows how to identify and place top quality sales candidates into desirable positions.
Ms. Jones has experience placing all levels of candidates. She is looking forward to expanding her placement experience by focusing on executive recruiting and believes Stewart Cooper & Coon offers her the resources and support she needs to serve her her clients and candidates well as they navigate the executive recruiting landscape.

Dana holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois.
